We believe that each individual and community can thrive and flourish spiritually, physically, mentally and emotionally and our support is designed to reflect this.
The work of Resolve comes from a place of empathy, patience, compassion, and understanding. We create an impartial environment where confidentiality and respect are foundational. Each person is offered an individualised approach where they are given the time to explore any disharmony present in their current situation.
Resolve is here to create a space where you can step away from the busyness of life; to reflect on who you are and think about who or where you want to be. Pastoral Supervision is ideally placed as professional development where you can develop a deeper understanding of your self, both professionally and personally through self-awareness and grow as an individual. Pastoral Supervision is most effective when you are able to create space for 1 hour once a month for 1:1 support where you can step back and reflect; gain
insight and perspective; and understand your next steps.
Pastoral Supervision supports you through professional development and changes in life whether it is exploring a new career or considering retirement in the near future. I will support anyone needing guidance if they are feeling ‘stuck’ or if you are experiencing overload.
Pastoral Supervision is suited for any career in any sector.
Resolve recognises that every individual is different with different needs and we therefore support each person accordingly.
